
MetLife selects Signer Harris Architects for the renovations to 180,000 square feet of office space in Boston’s Back Bay. The project includes programming, planning, and moving over 700 people for better work effectiveness and a savings of over 60,000 square feet in office space. Signer Harris Architects is providing programming, planning, interior design, furniture, and move management services. Construction will occur over 7 phases in occupied space.

Brown University has awarded the renovation and restoration of historic Lyman Hall to Signer Harris Architects. Built as an athletic center in 1891, Lyman Hall was renovated in the 1970's into a theatre arts building.
