Goals

Challenges
- Meet a tight time line and budget.
- Evolve the existing finishes into an updated identity that can be translated into designs for new satellite offices in different cities.
Design Response
- Organized the plan by clear paths of circulation and communication.
- Shaped the main entry and lobby/reception areas using curved walls, energizing the space and focusing the eye on sweeping views of the city skyline.
- Created a two-story translucent panel wall that encloses a stair and serves as a screen on which dynamic video displays and web broadcasts are projected.
- Laid out all furniture, integrated into the architecture.
- Employed full-height demountable partitions for offices, sliding doors, and glazed interior walls, addressing cost, flexibility, and tax benefits.
