Designing effective environments for science and research requires an in-depth understanding of lab environments: the regulations, the equipment, the technology and the constant change. It also requires an intimate knowledge of process and flow – how people actually work in labs, what peer sites offer to attract and retain talent, and what workplace solutions will support the next scientific breakthrough.
So we harness the expertise of our in-house Biologist/Planner, allowing us not only to listen, but also to challenge – and to explore programming beyond the tabulation of spaces and areas. Through value stream mapping we develop efficiencies in lab processes, while optimizing flexibility and ensuring lean lab design.
Our expertise extends from research and development to the corporate lab facility, and the associated demands for GLP, cGMP, and ISO classified spaces; it has led to the successful completion of more than a dozen FDA-approved lab and manufacturing environments – environments uniquely adapted to support scientific advancement as well as process and production.
