- Moved office cubicles to the shop floor level, separated by a transparent wall, improving communication, efficiency, and morale.
- Designed multiple projects including: Manufacturing reconfigurations; bathroom renovations; office renovations; lunch room renovations; chemical storage rooms; mechanical systems rooms; parking and site lighting upgrades; shipping/receiving upgrades; material storage area upgrades; elevator addition and accessibility upgrades.
- Provided support services including: Code analysis; phasing management; permit expediting; landlord coordination; furniture specification; equipment coordination; Wetlands Protection Act Determination of Applicability; life/safety studies.
